$5 to whoever can tell me what either one means. The first obviously has that bit of graffiti (a gremlin?) that isn't part of the sign but I still don't know what it meant in the first place. I find the second one even stranger. To give you a little context in your sign interpreting, the green one is from the deck of a ferry. I know that makes its meaning a lot clearer...
